The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur PS case no. 222 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having apprehended the informant and taking him away on their Bolero vehicle whereafter the miscreants had assaulted the informant resulting in the informant receiving injury. It is further alleged that the tractor which was being driven by the informant had also been stolen and has not been recovered till date.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present

No.19071 of 2019(2) dt.04-04-2019 2/2 case, inasmuch as neither any recovery has been made from the petitioner nor any T.I. parade has been held so as to implicate the petitioner in the alleged crime. It is further submitted that the petitioner is accused in one other case in which he is on bail. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 12.10.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. XI, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Jagdishpur PS case no. 222 of 2018. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) rinkee/- U T
