ABP No. 1078 of 2014 filed by the petitioners in the court of Sessions Judge, Darbhanga, was rejected on 22.8.2014.

Heard Sri Syed Ashfaque Ahmad for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P.

There are allegations and counter allegations as to a minor incident that is said to have taken place between the family of the complainant and the petitioners. Though several Sections of Indian Penal Code are invoked, there is no allegation of any serious injuries. Further, the charge-sheet is said to have been filed in the case.

Hence, this application is allowed.

I direct that in the event of being arrested, the petitioners shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
