Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madanpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/33 of the Bihar Excise & Prohibition (Amendment) Act, 2018.
Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the motor-cycle from which illicit liquor was recovered is registered in her name and her husband is also an accused in this case, this anticipatory bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21862 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, 1st, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark her attendance in the Madanpur Police Station, District- Aurangabad on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making her attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
