That this petition is for selection / appointment of the petitioner on the post of Aanganwari Sevika under Gram Panchayat, Punaul, Narhut, Nawada."

Admittedly, the petitioner was under age at the time the selection process was undertaken, hence, the Ld. Counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11984 of 2015(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 petitioner submits that the present writ petition be disposed off. 3.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to participate in the fresh selection process on the post of Aanganwari Sevika, if any. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
