Petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.08.2016 in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2016 for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a), 47 and 50 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 40 liter of country made wine was recovered from the motor cycle of the petitioner. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody from 25.08.2016 and he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52735 of 2016 (2) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate Dehri, Rohtas, in connection with Dehri (T) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2016.
