JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The allegation against the petitioner is leveled under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. He has not committed any offence. There is nothing against the petitioner and he is in custody since 7.9.2016 more over the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Heard learned APP appearing for the State.

In view of the fact that there is no material against the petitioner and he is in custody since 7.9.2016, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
