The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No.132 of 2018 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant, whose marriage was performed in the year 2015 with Ram Pavitra, the son of the petitioner, for non fulfillment of the dowry demand by her husband and other in-laws. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the daughter of the informant committed suicide but with an ulterior motive, the whole family of the petitioner has falsely been implicated by the informant in this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62417 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 case. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 17.05.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, in connection with Adapur P.S.
