Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 649 of 2022 dated 12.11.2022 registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, when the informant along with his son was ploughing his field, the petitioners and co-

Further, the co-accused Pappu Kumar and Shivam Kumar started firing on the informant and he sustained injury on his legs. Further, the accused persons assaulted the informant on his hand and he sustained injury which is a non-vital party of the body. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. There is land dispute between the parties. The petitioners are accused in three more criminal cases as stated in para 3 of the bail petition The petitioners are in custody since 29.1.2023.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners abovenamed, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Nawada in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 649 of 2022.
