2. The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 24.08.2022 passed by the Arbitrator-cumDivisional Commissioner, Purnea in Arbitration Case No.161 of 2020 under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 (Act No. 48 of 1956).

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that this writ petition is not maintainable because under Section 3 G(5) of the National Highway Act, 1956 (Act no. 48 of 1956) a statutory remedy is available to the petitioners under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act No.26 of 1996).
4. In this view of the matter, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off with the direction to the petitioners to avail their remedy under the Arbitration And Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act no.26 of 1996).
