JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(a)(e) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. One and a half litre country-made liquor and 30 litres solutional thing are said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 20-08-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 279 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
