The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Giriak (Katrisarai) P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
The accusation is that on receiving secret information about committing the fraud by six persons including the petitioners with the customers by using SIM card obtained on

No.20616 of 2019(4) dt.04-07-2019 2/3 the basis of the forged I-card etc. in village-Katrisarai, the informant along with other police personnel proceeded for there for verification and on reaching there, surrounded the orchard of Sanjay Prasad, whereupon search was made in the field and in that course, one person, who was trying to flee away, was apprehended, who, on query, disclosed his name as Kaushal Kumar, and he was found in possession of two mobiles, 10 pages flip-card, hacked order-sheets etc. He also disclosed the name of the petitioners, who succeeded to flee away, and also disclosed that they used to commit fraud by using the forged SIM card and hacked data of the customers.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not apprehended on the spot rather their name has been disclosed by the apprehended accused Kaushal Kumar. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Giriak
