====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE A. ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that he has given a suitable representation dated 10.09.2024 (Annexure- P/6) ventilating his grievance to the Respondent No. 3 and a direction may be given to the Respondent No. 3 to consider the same by fixing a time frame.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5503 of 2025(3) dt.22-08-2025 2/3 respondents BSFC submits that though the said representation has been given, the petitioner has not annexed any documents along with the same and a direction may be given to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation along with the necessary documents in support of his case and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation along with necessary documents to the Respondent No. 3 within a period of four weeks from today. On such representation being given, the Respondent No. 3 shall consider the same and pass necessary orders in accordance with law preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation given by the petitioner. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. In case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is genuine, he shall endeavour to make the necessary payments at the earliest however in case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim of the petitioner is not legally tenable, he shall pass a reasoned order giving reasons for such rejection. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
