JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the order dated 07.09.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Sasaram in Kochas P.S.Case No. 26 of 2015 by which cognizance of the offence has been taken against the petitioner under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to raise all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of framing of charge.
