The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 213 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 18.12.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing of personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II -cum- Special Judge, Excise,
