Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 430 of 2018 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 143 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 37(b)(c) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was never medically examined. He is the sole bread earner of his family and his family has now become at the verge of starvation. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
