The petitioner seeks bail in Sheohar P.S. Case No.142 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 302,120B of the I.P.C.

Accusation is that on 24.06.2018 at 1.30 P.M. F.I.R. named accused Ambikesh Singh had taken the grand son of the informant, Raja Kumar to Vishahi Chauk and thereafter his dead body sustaining cut injury on his neck was seen lying on the road near Sugiya Kabristan. He was also seen in the company of Ambikesh Singh,Kundan Kumar and Nikhil Kumar near Vishahi Chowk at 3.30 P.M.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that mere a suspicion has been raised against the petitioner since he was seen

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.62359 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 at 3.30 P.M. in the company of accused Kundan Kumar, Ambikesh at Vishahi Chowk and nothing has come against the petitioner in this case. He is in custody since 16.08.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also who opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sheohar, in Sheohar P.S. Case No.142/18.
