On confidential information, house of Raju Yadav was searched and during course thereof, fire-arms as well as wine as per seizure list have been recovered. It has further been disclosed that aforesaid Raju Yadav succeeded in his escape while the petitioner, an old lady, mother of Raju Yadav has been apprehended and on account thereof, is under custody since 05.02.2020 having clean antecedent as per para 3 of the petition. Consequent thereupon, the petitioner, Gauri Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S.
