2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 602 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
