1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025. It is further submitted that petitioner had earlier moved this Court seeking regular bail but the said application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after framing of charge. It is submitted that charges against the petitioner stands framed on by an order dated 25.02.2026. It is next submitted that petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2025 and if privilege of regular bail is granted, petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the trial to prove his innocence.

4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bailbonds in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P. S. Case No.93 of 2025.

6. The application stands allowed.
