ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.10 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 342, 307, 302 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact that there is admitted land dispute between the parties for which another case, bearing Narpatganj P.S. Case No.11 of 2013, has also been filed, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43412 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.10 of 2013 (G.R. No.75/13), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
