The cognizance order of 2009 has been challenged in 2015.

The petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the cognizance order dated 16.10.2009 in connection with Muzaffarpur Case No.5/2008 passed by learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sonepur, Saran. The matter ultimately travelled to the learned court and in 2009 after hearing the parties cognizance was taken vide an order dated 16.10.2009.

It seems with the passage of time, the petitioner has lost the interest.
