Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 341, 326, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that all the accused persons came to the door of the informant, abused and assaulted the informant and his wife and threatened them to withdraw Parsa P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 18.05.2015 the complaint was filed on 08.06.2015 which came to be registered as police case on 05.07.2015. Moreover the petitioner was not accused in Parsa P.S. Case No. 147 of 2014.

A statement has been made in para 9 of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39026 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 petition that there is no injury report on record. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Chapra in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No. 103 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Shageer/- U T
