This is an application for grant of regular bail for offences punishable under Section 420, 406, 467, 468. 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that as a matter of fact petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case only to put pressure on the petitioner's family to increase the consideration money for the execution of sale deed. It has further been submitted that petitioner has remained in judicial custody since 14.09.2016.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides. In view of the fact that the petitioner is not directly involved in the present case, and also the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55496 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 petitioner has been in judicial custody since 14.09.2016, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. -II, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 198 of 2016.
