JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 31 of 2014 instituted for the offence under sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

There is allegation that she was tortured in her Sasural for demand of dowry and was done to death in her Sasural for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

It has been submitted that other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this court on the ground that informant has filed petition in the lower court against coaccused persons to exonerate them from the case. From the written report at para-7, it appears that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9636 of 2017 (2) dt.08-03-2017 2/2 marriage was solemnized in the year 2010 and deceased died in her Sasural in the year 2014 an unnatural death. Under such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
