JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2020 The defects, as pointed out by the office, are clerical in nature and, therefore, the same are ignored. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner is in custody and seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.553 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Two country-made pistol and some cartridges are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 15.11.2019. Moreover, except present case as well as one Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20728 of 2020(2) dt.08-09-2020 2/2 No.552 of 2019, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P. S. Case No.553 of 2019.
