Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown for theft of a motorcycle of the informant. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner has got five criminal cases of similar nature.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got five criminal cases of similar nature, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
