Petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 23.11.2019 in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 75/2019, registered under Sections 341, 323, 354, 379, 316, 504, 325/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is that he hit on the abdomen of the informant causing her miscarriage. F.I.R. goes to show that the petitioner is agnate of the informant and on account of land dispute, alleged occurrence took place. The informant sustained injury during course of altercation. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Case No. 75/2019.
