Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vehicle of the petitioner bearing Registration No. JH12F0626 is seized by the Respondent No. 5 under Rules 56(2) and 10(4) of Bihar Mines (Subsidy, Prevention of Illigal, Mining Transportation and Storage) Amendment Rules, 2024. He further submits on instruction that he is ready to pay the fine amount to the tune of Rs. 8,34,263/- in four equal installments.

3. In view of the aforesaid, Respondent No. 5 is directed to release the vehicle of the petitioner after receiving the first installment. If the petitioner fails to deposit the second, third and fourth installments, the Respondent No. 5 may take necessary action in accordance with law against the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
