18-08-2015 Heard Mr. Syed Arshad Alam, learned counsel, who was assisted by Mr. Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondents/Bank of India (for short 'Bank').

Ofcourse, in the writ petition, many untenable reliefs have been sought for, but at the time of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his prayer to the extent that the respondent/Bank, who is tenant of the petitioner may take final decision on the representation of the petitioner, which has been submitted, as legal notice i.e. Annexure - 4 to the writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.11964 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 Without recording any opinion on the merit of the case or without issuing any direction, the Court is of the opinion that writ petition can be disposed of with an indication that the respondent/Bank may take appropriate decision on the representation, which is in the form of legal notice, expeditiously.
