Petitioner seeks bail in Wazirganj P.S. Case No.199 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366-A, 120-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has stated that she was in love with this petitioner. She has performed marriage with him. She wants to live with the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63160 of 2018 (2) dt.12-10-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Gaya, in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.199 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
