Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Although alleged occurrence took place in the year 2009 and the petitioner is named accused but having similar allegation several co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail and recently, one co- accused namely, Bhushan Bind has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 20.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 21796/2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case no. 336/2009. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
