JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and the allegation of demand of four wheelers is against husband of the deceased. Moreover, the postmortem report of the deceased does not indicate the exact cause of death of the deceased. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 04-072016 and the investigation against her has already been completed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
