JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 102 pieces pouch, each pouch containing 200 ml. country made liquor, are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner but petitioner claims his false implication in the present case at the behest of his enemies. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 27.06.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 109 of 2016.
