The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in brief is that the daughter of the informant was poured Kerosene Oil and thereafter, she was burnt by her in laws. She was also stabbed knife on her neck. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 09-01-2019. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The petitioner is Bhainsur of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19085 of 2019(4) dt.08-08-2019 2/2 deceased. He is separate from husband of the deceased. In paragraph-10 of the case diary, it has come that the deceased is said to have committed suicide.

On behalf of the State and the informant, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdei O.P.)
