The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with S.T. No. 655 of 2018 arising out of Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 354, 504, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner is lady and there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner. The specific allegation of assault on the stomach of the deceased is attributed to Jitendra and Shambhu which is evident from the F.I.R. itself.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner in the event of surrender within a period of four weeks be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Masaurhi Patna in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
