JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner was in Government job at three places simultaneously. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that some other person impersonated in place of this petitioner in collusion with the department officials and in order to safeguard the real culprit this petitioner has been dragged in this false case. No wrong doing has been committed on the part of the petitioner and he is in custody since 15.10.2019 and investigation in this case is complete.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj PS case No. 395/2019.
