The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 258 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon an order dated 25.08.2021 passed by a co-ordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 31755/2021.

For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 25.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31755 of 2021, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in

No.31575 of 2021(2) dt.10-12-2021 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Excise Case No. 258/2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
