The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the informant has retracted from initial version and has filed a petition before the learned court below, as contained in annexure-2 to the petition, on the basis of which the co-accused have been acquitted.

Considering the fact that the case was registered in 2001, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view of the fact that co-
