Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section414 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Petitioner and one co-accused Munna Singh were caught while they were carrying 100 litres diesel and for the aforesaid occurrence, the petitioner is in jail custody since 28-082016.

No.44696 of 2016 (2) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 26 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran.
