In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jamhore P.S. Case No. 15 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, huge quantities of cartridges along with other arms and ammunitions and fake licenses have been recovered and it prima facie appears that the petitioner was involved in trading of the contraband articles with fake licenses. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43251 of 2016 (4) dt.16-11-2016 Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, namely, Dilipan Singh is rejected with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after nine months of his judicial custody. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
