Petitioner is accused in connection with Gwalpara (Arar) P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 registered under Sections 353/395/397 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Mukesh Ram and Dinesh Ram have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 5449 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 31000 of 2018 on 01.02.2018 and 06.07.2018 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2017.
