The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 411, 412, 413, 414, 420, 465, 467 and 468/34of the IPC. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 23.05.2018. The prosecution case is that the petitioner was apprehended with the stolen motorcycle when from his house, two live cartridges and empty magazine were recovered. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court (now retired), vide order dated 06.08.2018 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of charge, if the trial

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that chargesheet has been submitted on 20.09.2018 and till date trial has not been concluded.

Considering the liberty given to the petitioner by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Phenhara P.S. Case No. 21 of 2018.
