Public Prosecutor for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

There is case and counter case between the parties and according to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was carrying Khanti at the time of alleged occurrence.

Annexure 3 to the petition goes to show that the petitioner has sustained, altogether, four injuries said to be caused by hard and blunt substance as well as sharp weapon.

No doubt, in the present case, several persons sustained injuries but considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
