1. The Petitioner, who is the Informant, is aggrieved with the order dated 19.05.2011 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, FTC, 5th, Siwan, in Sessions Trial No.97 of 2011 arising out of Muffasil (Mahadewa OP) Siwan P.S. Case No.115 of 2009 by which he has held that no offence under Section 307 Indian Penal Code is made out against Opposite Party Nos.2, 3 and 4.
2. Without going into merits, I find no reason to interfere in the matter.
3. The application stands dismissed.
