The petitioner seeks bail in Sadar P.S. Case No.300 of 2018 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that the informant handed over his auto rickshaw to the petitioner for plying on road and petitioner was paying Rs.300/- per day but after sometimes, the petitioner did not pay the rent of the auto rickshaw and also sold the auto rickshaw to someonelse.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not sell the auto rickshaw of the informant. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case on account of dispute with regard to payment of wages. Petitioner is in jail since

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for about four months, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Sadar P.S.
