The petitioner seeks bail in Bhangaha P.S. Case No. 43/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

40 litres of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from the motorcycle of this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 05.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
