JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 13-11-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceedings. Vide order dated 19.08.2020, the petitioner was granted provisional bail with a condition that petitioners are directed to deposit the loss amount as realized by the Mining Department.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed supplementary affidavit on 05.11.2020 in which it is stated that as per direction of this Court, petitioner has deposited the loss amount of Rs.25426/- on 03.11.2020 with the Mining Department as per the calculation made by them. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18083 of 2020(4) dt.13-11-2020 2/2 the provisional bail granted to the petitioners above named vide order dated 19.08.2020 is hereby confirmed.
