The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur P.S.Case No.121 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 392, 395 of Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is that while in the night of 16.02.2018 the informant who happens to be the driver of the car along with his owner was going through Bye pass Dudhaula Chowk some persons on Bolero car intercepted the vehicle of the informant and on the point of pistol they pulled down the informant and brother of owner from the car and took him in their Bolero car and thereafter accused persons tied them with tree. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.. He has

Similarly placed accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate benches of this Court vide orders dated 22.06.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 36246 of 2018, 05.07.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 28273 of 2018 and 24.05.2018 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 31992 of 2018. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- 1st, Saran at Chapra, in Sonepur P.S.Case No.121 of 2018.
