The sole petitioner who is in custody in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 200 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 341, 323, 384, 379, 504/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated and he is languishing in jail since long.

However, keeping in view the nature of accusation and
