JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is said to have given Fatta blow causing head injury to the informant's son but Annexure -2 to the petition goes to show that informant's son sustained simple injury. Although, there is accusation that prior to the alleged occurrence, petitioner had demanded Rs 10,000/- as extortion money from the informant's son but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that for the aforesaid so called demand, no case has been lodged against the petitioner.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial
